Notes:
- Prize money subjects to the draw size and the final decision by The Hong Kong Country Club, and the Champion, Runner-up, Semi-Finalists and Quarter-Finalists will be awarded. If any categories with less than Six entries, there will be no awards for Semi-Finalists and Quarter-Finalists.
- Less Players/Teams: If any categories with less than Four (4) Players or Teams enrolled, such categories will be cancelled.
- Acceptance List: Players’ status in a tournament shall not be official until the Entry Deadline and publication of the tournament Acceptance List on the ITF website (www.itftennis.com). Any arrangement, including travel, flights and accommodation made by a player to participate in a tournament prior thereto is made at his/her own risk.
Payment Methods:
- Players are requested to complete entry payments on or no later than 29 October 2024 (Tuesday) at 4:00pm (HKT) /10:00am (GMT).
- Please make the IPIN Fee and Entry Fee in one payment.
- Bank transfer/remittance to HKVTA’s HSBC A/C No. 004-567-834155-001 OR FPS (Fast Payment System) via mobile no. 6120-1566. Please send the bank deposit slip or payment receipt with players/events details to email: hkvta1@gmail.com OR WhatsApp no. 6120-1566.
Remarks:
- No outside food and drinks are allowed in The Hong Kong Country Club.
- No parking is available at the venue.
- All players and guests have to comply with the rules & regulations set forth by The Hong Kong Country Club.
Notice to players:
- All players should check the HKVTA website (www.hkvta.com.hk) and/or the ITF for the latest arrangements and schedule. No further notification will be sent to players.
- ITF daily OOP/Schedule will be published on the night before the next match day.
- All matches will be decided by 2 Tie-break sets and a 3rd set by 10-point Tie-break. “No Ad deuce” will be applied to all Singles and Doubles matches.
Prize Presentation Ceremony & Prize Collection:
All winners must be present in the prize presentation ceremony to get the prizes. Any winners who are absent from the prize presentation ceremony will not be awarded any prizes.
