the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
a. Undertake administrative and clerical duties
b. Maintain proper filing and accounting records
c. Provide secretarial support
d. Organize and execute tennis events of the Association

The 30th Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at  The Graces Restaurant (Kwun Tong), 6/F Crocodile Centre,79 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, on Thursay 6th June 2019, at 6:30p.m. 

 AGM will be followed by HKVTA Annual Dinner cum Veterans' League Prize Presentation with entry fee of HK$430 per head. Members are cordially invited to attend the meeting and Dinner.
