Veterans League 2025 is now open for enrollment!!

Below is a brief information and rules of the League.  For more detailed information, please refer to the Invitation Letter and Entry Form sent to the Clubs separately.

Veterans League 2025 - Brief Information & Rules

• Entry deadline: 7-Dec-2024 (Sat) by 5:00pm
• League commencement date: 6-Jan-2025 (Mon)
• Entry deadline for additional player: 3-Jan-2025 (Fri) by 5:00pm 
• Withdrawal player request deadline: 3-Jan-2025 (Fri) by 5:00pm 
• Team entry form should be legibly completed (preferably type-written) and submit to HKCVTA either by email to hkvta1@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 6120-1566
• Team Entry Fee & Payment Methods: An entry fee of HK$1,000.00 per Team should be paid by either bank transfer, FPS or cheque deposit to HSBC Bank A/C no. 567-834155-001 in name of Hong Kong, China Veterans Tennis Association Ltd, then send the payment receipt(s) with details to us by email or WhatsApp
• Team player must have a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and be a member* of HKCVTA (*League Member in 2025 or Life Member).  The Clubs are responsible for ensuring that HKCVTA membership subscriptions in respect of each of their players on its Teams are paid on or before the commencement of the League
• Score sheet : The score sheet should be completed in duplicate and must include all players' full names, HKID Card or HKCVTA Membership Nos.  The Captain of the winning Team shall submit a completed score sheet signed by both Captains to the HKCVTA Office within 3 days of each match won by his/her Team.  The LMC reserves the right NOT to process any incomplete League score sheet
• Dinner after match play is optional: The Clubs can decide this at their own discretion.  HKCVTA as an organizer does not impose such League rule regarding dinner after each match play
• Detail rules and regulations of the League shall refer to the League Handbook
