• All entry payments should be completed on or no later than 26 November 2024 (Tuesday) by 4:00pm (HKT) /10:00am (GMT). 
• In accordance with Rule 52 of the ITF World Tennis Masters Tour 2024 Regulations, any entered player who has not paid the entry fee in accordance with the payment instructions and deadline will risk being withdrawn.

Prize Money:

A total of HK$96,000.00 in prize money (Champion: HK$16,000 / Runner-Up: HK$8,000 / Semi-finalists: HK$4,000 each) per Team of each Category.

Notes:

• Acceptance List: Players’ status in a tournament shall not be official until the Entry Deadline and publication of the tournament Acceptance List on the ITF website (www.itftennis.com). Any arrangement, including travel, flights and accommodation made by a player to participate in a tournament prior thereto is made at his/her own risk.
• Withdrawal after the draws are made: Players MUST complete & submit withdrawal form online from ITF website after the draws are made.  You can click on the link https://itf.formstack.com/forms/wtmt_withdrawal_form to fill out and submit the withdrawal online to ITF.
• Club Rules: (i) No outside food and drinks are allowed in CCC, and (ii) All players and guests must comply with the rules & regulations set forth by CCC.

Notice To Players:

• All players should check the HKVTA website (www.hkvta.com.hk) and/or the ITF for the latest arrangements and schedule.  No further notification will be sent to players.
• ITF daily OOP/Schedule will be uploaded to HKVTA website (www.hkvta.com.hk) on the night before the next match day.
• All matches will be decided by 2 Tie-break sets and a 3^rd set by 10-point Tie-break. “No Ad Scoring” will be applied to all matches.
