The Veterans' League for 2024 is now open for enrollment!!

Below is a brief information and rules of the League.  For more detailed information, please refer to the Invitation Letter and Entry Form sent to the Clubs separately.

Veterans' League 2024 - Brief Information & Rules

• Entry deadline : 2-Dec-2023 (Sat) by 5:00pm
• League commencement date : 2-Jan-2024 (Tue)
• Entry deadline for additional player: 28-Dec-2023 (Thurs) by 5:00pm 
• Withdrawal player request deadline: 28-Dec-2023 (Thurs) by 5:00pm 
• Team entry form should be legibly completed (preferably type-written) and submit to HKVTA either by email to hkvta1@gmail.com or post to HKVTA's office located at Room 1008, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, Hong Kong 
• Team Entry Fee & Payment : An entry fee of HK$1,000.00 per Team should be paid by either cheque deposit, bank transfer or FPS to the bank account of The Hong Kong Veterans' Tennis Association Ltd, then email us the payment receipt(s) with details
• Team player must have a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and be a member* of HKVTA (*Associate Member, Ordinary Member in 2024 or Life Member).  The Clubs are responsible for ensuring that HKVTA membership subscriptions in respect of each of their players on its Teams are paid on or before the commencement of the League
• Score-sheet : The score-sheet should be completed in duplicate and must include all players' full names, HKID Card Nos. and HKVTA Membership Nos.  The Captain of the winning Team shall submit a completed League score-sheet signed by both Captains to the VLM within 3 days of each match won by his/her Team.  The score-sheet must include The VLM reserves the right not to process any incomplete League score-sheet
• Dinner after match play is optional: The Clubs can decide this at their own discretion.  HKVTA as an organizer does not impose such League rule regarding dinner after match play
• Detail rules and regulations of the League shall refer to the League Handbook
